Responding [in 1964] to Fuld's question about the authorship of "God Save the Czar" ("it's anybody's guess"), saying that he is looking for owners of Tchaikovsky letters, not manuscripts, asking if Fuld knows anything about Harold Lineman, a wholesale washing machine salesman in St. Louis, who has and some "absolutely fabulous" things in his music collection that Slonimsky once saw, saying that Lineman now refuses to answer any of Slonimsky's letters, mentioning Glinka, Paganini, etc.; and [in 1980] sending duplicate programs of his concerts and asking about an Ives edition that Fuld owns. [Slonimsky's duplicate programs are found in with various works in the Fuld collection.].
